About

The person behind RealLifeScripture — and why this exists.

Profile photo

For 14 years, I worked in education within the biblical counselling space — behind the scenes, helping others learn and grow. Education has always been where my heart is: taking something meaningful and making it clear, practical, and genuinely useful.

Along the way, I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Pastoral Counselling (2015) — not to become a counsellor, but because I wanted to understand the subject matter I was working with at a deeper level. What started as academic study became something much more personal. It turned into its own journey of growth — the kind that quietly reorganizes how you see everything else.

And what I came away with was this: in the end, it all comes back to one thing. God. Not as a footnote, or a nice addition to a "balanced life" — but as the center. The starting point. The answer underneath all the other answers.

What I Believe

About the Bible

Scripture was never meant to stay on a shelf, or live only in a Sunday morning. It's practical. It speaks directly to the situations you're actually in — the hard conversations, the thoughts you can't seem to shake, the things you're tired of carrying.

That conviction is what RealLifeScripture is built on: Bible studies that take real struggles seriously, and take Scripture seriously as the answer to them — not in vague, abstract terms, but in ways that meet you where you are and walk with you toward something real.

A Note

What This Is — and Isn't

I want to be honest with you — these studies aren't therapy, and they're not a replacement for professional support if that's something you need.

What I bring is years of experience in education — in taking deep, meaningful content and shaping it into something clear, interactive, and genuinely helpful. Combined with a real, personal conviction that God's Word has something to say to whatever you're walking through, that's what these studies are: an invitation to study, reflect, and meet God in your real life — honestly, practically, one step at a time.

Whatever brought you here — curiosity, a hard season, or just a willingness to look a little closer — I'm glad you're here. I hope these studies meet you exactly where you are, and point you toward the One who already does.
